The Placement Training Sessions were conducted to equip students with the essential
skills required to meet industry expectations and succeed in campus recruitment
processes. The training was designed according to students' domain-specific requirements
and focused on bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world industry
demands.
The sessions covered a wide range of topics, including aptitude, logical reasoning,
verbal ability, communication skills, group discussions, interview techniques, resume
building, and professional etiquette. Domain-specific technical training was also
provided to enhance students' knowledge and prepare them for roles relevant to their
respective branches of study.
Through practical exercises, mock interviews, case studies, and industry-oriented
assessments, students gained hands-on experience and improved their problem-solving,
critical thinking, and workplace readiness skills. The training aimed to increase
students' confidence, employability, and preparedness for recruitment opportunities
offered by leading organizations.
Professional Trainers train the students to solve Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning numerical problems with time efficiency. Students are also encouraged, by sharing the video links to visit video lectures and receive training on aptitude, logical reasoning, crosswords, puzzles, and language tutorials.
Weekly Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Puzzles Tests are conducted for all the branches of second-year and third-year students to equip them for the recruitment drives. With the incorporation of online software tools and electronic processing devices, the results are published on the same day of the test.
In-House Training- A team of trainers from the institution trains all the branches of second-year engineering students on effective communication skills, interview skills, group discussion, leadership, team building, stress management so forth. Information on realistic goal setting, the art of resume building, and group discussions are organized during stipulated Training and Placement hours.
Professional Trainers train the students in domain-specific training on C, C++, C#, .net, Java, SQL, Python, R and SDLC of full-stack development to ensure the students are industry-ready.

How to understand the IDE, code optimization in real-time using profilers, and space optimization for optimum storage are dealt with specifically for embedded system development.
