Kyndryl Pool Drive at AJIET Attracts 700+ Engineering Students

A successful Pool Drive by Kyndryl was conducted at the A J Institute of Engineering and Technology campus on 19th, 20th, and 22nd May 2026, bringing together engineering students from various colleges across the Mangalore region

The drive witnessed an overwhelming participation of approximately 700 students from engineering institutions in and around Mangalore, making it one of the major recruitment events hosted at the campus this academic year.

As part of the Pre-Placement Talk, Dr. Raj Mohan C, Director at Kyndryl, addressed the candidates and shared valuable insights into the company’s vision, career opportunities, industry expectations, and emerging trends in the IT sector. The session motivated students and provided them with a clear understanding of professional growth opportunities at Kyndryl.

The Talent Acquisition team of Kyndryl actively participated in the recruitment process and efficiently conducted the various stages of the pool drive over the three days.

The event was successfully organized under the leadership of Mr. Sathyendra Bhat J, Head of Placement and Training, and was ably assisted by Ms. Peramkada Surakshitha, Assistant Placement Officer, and the placement team, IT team with immense support from the management of AJIET. Their collective efforts ensured smooth coordination and successful execution of the drive.
