⦿ Permitted materials: flower petals, pulses, grains, any natural sources, colouring agents
⦿ The participants should carry all the required material
to make their rangoli. Only chalks will be provided by event coordinator.
⦿ Theme: should represent Indian culture, tradition & heritage.
⦿ Size of the Rangoli should not exceed 4*4 ft.
